To Preface..

If people would simply read the announcement from the Ryujinx server, they'd see that this was some sort of private agreement with gdkchan directly, whether from a legal threat, or financial incentive. Ryujinx is licensed under the MIT license, and if a DMCA wasn't actually issued to the original project (it doesn't appear so), there shouldn't be any "legal" issues here.

If we can acquire the Ryujinx scope on GitHub, I am also willing to transfer ownership of this organization to the rest of the original Ryujinx maintainers.

In addition, we should wait until things have cooled down considerably before making any other moves with this... If doable, we could potentially turn this into a hard fork of Ryujinx entirely in the future.
